Drip Coffee Maker (Auto Brewer)

  1. Use a medium grind.

  2. Use 2 tablespoons (10g) of coffee per 6 oz cup.

  3. Brew with fresh, cold filtered water.

Pour Over (e.g., Hario V60, Chemex)

Best for: Clean flavour, mellow pace

  1. Medium-fine grind.

  2. Rinse your filter first.

  3. Use a 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio (e.g., 30g coffee to 500g water).

  4. Bloom for 30 seconds, then pour in slow circles.

    Brings out subtle notes in medium and dark roasts.

French Press

Best for: Full-bodied mornings

  1. Use a coarse grind.

  2. Add 1 tbsp per 6 oz water.

  3. Steep for 4 minutes, stir, and plunge slowly.

    Rich and smooth, ideal for Eclipse Dark Roast.

Aeropress

Best for: Quick & flavourful

  1. Fine to medium-fine grind.

  2. Add 15–18g coffee.

  3. Steep 1–2 minutes, plunge slowly.


    Great for travel or a strong single cup.

Percolator

Best for: Nostalgic, stovetop lovers

  1. Use a coarse grind.

  2. Add cold water and coffee grounds to the basket (1 tbsp per cup).

  3. Heat slowly; remove when perked (you’ll hear it!).

    Best with darker roasts like Eclipse..

Espresso Machine

Best for: Your inner barista

  1. Use a fine grind.

  2. Dose 18–20g for a double shot.

  3. Aim for 25–30 seconds of extraction.

    Dial in your shot for best crema and taste.

Reusable Pods (Keurig, etc)

Best for: Convenience with control

  1. Use a medium grind.

  2. Fill pod loosely, don’t tamp.

  3. Brew on the smallest cup setting.

    A better cup with your favourite beans.
